Who we are

One buyer. Two sales channels.

Trade Monolith is an e-commerce marketing specialist, wholesaler and retailer. We work with a broad network of factories and suppliers worldwide. For each product, we request and compare quotes to secure the best price and terms.

We distribute through two channels: retail, through our own online stores, and wholesale, supplying other businesses. We also market the products we sell online. That is our specialty.

When we contact you, it is because one of your products fits what our customers are looking for. A supplier with consistent quality, fair prices and reliable lead times can grow with us across both channels.

Our standards

What we look for in a supplier.

We compare every quote against these standards. We publish them so you know what to expect before you reply.

  • Consistent quality. Every unit matches the product and specifications you describe.
  • Accurate information. Specifications, materials and photos match the real product.
  • Clear, competitive pricing. Price tiers by order quantity, with your minimum order quantity (MOQ) stated.
  • Reliable lead times. Production and delivery times that you can keep.
  • Capacity for volume. The ability to supply consistently across retail and wholesale demand.
  • Market compliance. Products that meet the rules of the markets where they are sold, with documents available on request (for example CE, UKCA or FCC, where they apply).
  • Clear communication. Written answers in English and one contact person for our account.

Our side

What you can expect from us.

  • A specific inquiry. We tell you which product, which markets and what quantities we are considering.
  • A fair comparison and an answer. We review your quote against our standards and the other offers we receive. Every supplier we review gets an answer.
  • One contact. You deal with one contact person throughout.
  • Clear written terms. We confirm price, quantities, delivery and payment terms in writing.
  • Two channels. Your products can reach customers through our online stores and businesses through our wholesale channel.
  • Accurate listings and active marketing. We describe your product as it is, using the specifications you give us, and we market it online.

Questions

Supplier questions, answered.

Do you buy products to resell?

Yes. We purchase products for two channels: retail, through our own online stores, and wholesale, supplying other businesses. We also market the products we sell online.

Which markets do you sell into?

Our online stores sell to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Your products must meet the rules of the markets where they are sold.

What kinds of products do you buy?

Everyday consumer products across broad categories, such as home and kitchen, outdoor and sports, pet supplies, lifestyle and accessories, garden, tools, electronics accessories, travel and office products. We look for products with steady demand and suppliers we can work with over time.

How do you choose between suppliers?

We request quotes from several factories and suppliers for the same product. We compare price, quality, lead times, terms and communication. Every supplier we review gets an answer.

How large are your orders?

It depends on the product and the channel. Retail and wholesale demand differ, so we discuss quantities product by product. Tell us your MOQ and price tiers, and we will tell you what fits.

How do payment and terms work?

We agree price, quantities, delivery and payment terms in writing for each order. Terms depend on the product and the order size.

How can I check that you are a genuine buyer?

Our company name, website and email domain are the same everywhere we appear. Write to nathan@trademonolith.com from your company address with any questions. If we are in discussion with you, we can share details of our online stores.
